Jeb is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Predictive Group. A graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management, Jeb began his career in the financial services industry. Working in B2B sales roles led Jeb to working in Commercial Real Estate for a large Land Development investor. Building upon his experiences in deal structure, capital formation and sales, Jeb moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer of War Horse Leasing, a heavy equipment leasing company. After joining Predictive Group, Jeb led the growth of the company by investing in new assessment and training products and expanding sales territory to California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico and Nevada.
Jeb took the lead shortly after joining Predictive Group in the acquisition of several new products for the Predictive Group; the Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment, Leadership Performance Index and the Leadership Transition Program. Since taking the operational control of the Predictive Group, Jeb has expanded the group’s core footprint by acquisition of licensed territories in California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico and Nevada for the Predictive Index Management System.
A significant portion of Jeb’s focus is the growth and development of the Predictive Group, which includes the addition of new Associates to the team.
In addition to his operational duties for the group, Jeb services a number of Predictive Group clients personally.
