The Management Consultant is responsible for acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with uncapped commissions. In this position, one must be self-disciplined, proactive, driven, and display the ability to communicate effectively. Being a thought leader for organizations, one must thrive speaking to business leaders daily, have a hunter mentality, and enjoy helping businesses accelerate their performance. Success in this position must require being confident presenting over the phone, in-person, or via virtual meetings. Predictive Group is a firm where we help other companies accelerate performance through their management of human capital. Thus, a Management Consultant needs to build formidable relationships, understand how to investigate a client’s problem, provide creative solutions for clients, and constantly generating opportunities to do business.
