- Founded SNAPSHOT Leadership in 2014; where he currently serves as Principal Strategic Consultant, including the Customization of Training Initiatives and Training-for-Trainers. Represents CUSTOMatrix, Inc., as a Strategic Executive Leadership Consultant.
- Developed, and served, in various roles at the Ken Blanchard Companies for 15 years, including: Director of Customized Training Products, Vice President of Operations, and Executive Leadership Team Member. His efforts were recognized by the organization as he led successful turnarounds in several departments.
- Served in Leadership roles within medium-to-large corporate advertising production companies. Consistently contributed to the business growth strategies and development of individuals, through best practices and increasing revenue goals. Peter founded Life Coaching for Kids, an out-of-school time program from students 11 to 18 to develop EQ through the Arts. He has resided and worked in South Africa, London, New York, Chicago, and resides in San Diego.
